To deliver your automatic enrolment responsibilities under workplace pension law, you should refer to The Pension Regulator's website. Automatic enrolment is an ongoing responsibility for employers.
Automatic re-enrolment
Automatic enrolment requirements have been in force for three years.
This will mean that employers will have to discharge their automatic re-enrolment responsibilities by:
- Choosing an automatic re-enrolment date
- Automatically re-enroling workers
- Submitting a declaration of compliance to the Pensions Regulator
